A Guinness Book of World Record holder for the World's Largest Fondue (2,100 pounds), Chef Terrance Brennan declared February Fondue Month in 2008, where a special fondue is featured each day of the month and ranges from the simple and sophisticated to the robust and adventurous.
Offerings on the menu include a buttery Taleggio Fondue served with Pine Nuts and Raisins (Feb. 11th); Monterey Jack with Black Beans and Chipotle (Feb. 13th); and Fromage de Meaux with Wild Mushroom Marmalade (Feb. 28th).

During the month of February, 10% of all fondue sales will be donated to the Red Cross to provide relief to Haiti.
Kicking off Fondue Month, every Sunday night starting January 31st, Artisanal Brasserie will host a family-style Sunday Night Fondue Party, featuring a fondue meal for $38.50 per person and $12.50 for children. This complete meal includes fondue, a choice of 2 meats, vegetables, apples, potatoes and country bread for dipping.
